• If the customer is not available at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply
• Service completion time depends on the complexity of the issue and parts availability

Spare Parts and Equipment

• All spare parts come with manufacturer warranty as applicable
• Parts availability may affect service completion time
• We will inform customers of any additional costs before replacing parts

Payment Terms

Service Charges

• Service charges are based on the type of service and parts used

Payment Methods

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Terms

• AMC plans are valid for 12 months from the date of activation
• Services included in AMC are as per the specific plan purchased
• AMC customers receive priority service scheduling
• AMC does not cover damage due to misuse or external factors
• AMC benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable

Product Sales Terms

Product Orders

• Product orders are subject to availability

Product Warranty
